Welcome to Eden Academy Werribee. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
Operating from 7am to 6.30pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 92 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
In your role as a Educator:
You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
What You’ll Bring:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
A current Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
