Gippy Bingo, in partnership with Cowwarr Football & Netball Club, are seeking enthusiastic Casual Event Staff to help deliver fun and engaging mobile bingo sessions across multiple locations.

About the role
As part of our events team, you'll assist in running mobile bingo sessions, ensuring each session is well-organised, engaging, and enjoyable for all attendees. You'll play a key role in setting the tone and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Set up and pack down bingo equipment at event locations
Assist with hosting and facilitating bingo sessions (training provided)
Engage with patrons in a friendly, professional manner
Handle basic cash transactions and prize distributions
Support smooth event operations and troubleshoot minor issues
Help create a fun, inclusive, and well-run environment
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking to and engaging with groups
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to travel to different venues as required
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
Important role requirement
This is a staff-operated role focused on running mobile bingo sessions. Team members are responsible for leading the session, engaging with participants, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event experience.
