Casual Kit Assistant
Location: Carrington Training Complex

The Role:
To provide flexible, casual support to the Women’s and Academy kit operations, ensuring players and staff have the necessary kit, equipment, and resources for training, matches, and tours.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Kit Lead with the running of the Women’s and Academy kit and laundry department, including laundry of match and training kit, attire, and equipment.
Help organise and pack all required kit for the Women’s First Team, WU21, and Academy teams for daily training, matches, tours, and events.
Be the main point of contact for the WU21 and Academy teams’ kit requirements.
Attend all WU21 and relevant Academy home matches, and potentially travel for away fixtures as needed.
Provide cover for the Women’s First Team Kit Lead when required.
Assist with printing and distribution of all training, match, and tour kit across the Women’s and Academy departments.
Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Women’s & Academy Kit Lead.
Support the wider Kit Team when required.
The Person:
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
Flexible and committed to the demands of the role, including occasional travel, evening and weekend work.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Hold a current, valid driving licence.
