This is a casual position working on an on-call basis - This will include full time work from 12/5/25 - 4/6/25, and then ongoing occasional leave cover as required
The receptionist's main purpose is to provide a welcoming face for the organisation and provide excellent customer care to our patients and their family.

Position Overview:
Receptionist role reporting to the Reception Team Lead, responsible for a variety of tasks including patient greetings, check-ins, phone handling, appointment scheduling, invoicing, clerical duties, and cash handling in a bustling environment.
Your Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, and experience in administration tasks
Experience with any PMS would be beneficial, however not required as full training will be given
Intermediate level computer skills
