About the Role
We are looking for Casual Production Operators to join the team in Liverpool, NSW.
As the Production Operator you will support the Team Leader on the production line ensuring best practice and standards. You will be flexible with your availability, working as required within a shift environment. Shifts may include Day/Afternoon/Night spanning across 24/7 operation. We have multiple positions available.
The casual roles offer perspectives to potentially step into a permanent role with our company on the longer term.
Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
Food manufacturing in a fast-paced environment
Machine operation
Packing finished products
At all times display the ARYZTA Core Values (Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care)
In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:
Previous experience working as a Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
Good communication skills
Team player
Proven machine operation experience will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to do physical work
Have availability across the week, and be available on short notice
Full training will be provided to the candidates who demonstrate willingness to learn, strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the bakery industry.
