If so, we have a rewarding opportunity for you!Position: Casual/PPT Support WorkerLocation: North Sydney, NSWType: Casual OR Permanent Part TimeWhat We're Looking For:- Availability between Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm.- A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.- A caring and compassionate nature.- The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.- Flexibility and the ability to work on a Permanent Part Time basis.Responsibilities:- Providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.- Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.- Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independently.- Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.- Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.- Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.What We Offer:- Competitive compensation - up to $37.14 p/h with +6c per/km in between all client services.- A supportive and friendly work environment.- Opportunities for professional development - We offer further training in Certificate III in Individual Support.
