Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CAT Faculty located in Jaipur. The CAT Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in order to prepare them for the Common Admission Test (CAT) and other related exams. The role involves helping students develop test-taking strategies, providing guidance on study materials, monitoring progress, and conducting mock tests to evaluate performance.
Qualifications
• A Master's degree in a related field such as Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching CAT preparation and counseling students
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• An in-depth understanding of and experience with Common Admission Test (CAT) and other entrance exams, as well as test-taking strategies and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of related subjects and ability to create and deliver comprehensive course content and study materials.
• The ability to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, as well as experience with conducting mock tests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results, as well as a passion for education and helping students succeed
