Opengrad Foundation is an educational non-profit organization committed to promoting open access, collaboration, and affordability in entrance coaching. We aim to improve the presence of students from marginalized communities to get into premium institutions thereby getting access to a stable income and access to decision making roles. The goals of Opengrad Foundation is 2 fold, one to create the first and biggest Free and Opensource entrance coaching edtech platform and for upliftment of marginalized communities.

Role Description
As CAT Tutor, we expect you to create an academic plan for the CAT program and to create video lectures for the same. This is a short term, 1 month project where you are supposed to develop the coaching materials(video)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience as a CAT tutor/mentor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the CAT exam pattern and content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with content development with regard to aptitude exams like CAT
