THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant to work within our Long Bay Hospital team based in Malabar
This role will form part of face paced kitchen team that delivers high volume, bulk catering to the patients
Stock rotation and stock control
Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when caring out all tasks
Operating a commercial dishwasher to a high standard
Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Site Manager
Maintain cleanliness and provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers
$36.33 payrate is inclusive of casual loading
THE PERSON
Experience essential. Basic food preparation skills with knowledge of food allergens.
Great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
NPC - hold a National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one)
WWCC - hold a Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain this)
