Catering Assistant | Flexible Part-Time Hours
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Glen Waverley, VIC
Roster: Monday to Sunday (day & evening shifts, 15 hrs/week)
Pay: Hospitality Award + Super
About the Role
Looking for flexible hours in a supportive team? We’re seeking a Catering Assistant to help with food service and kitchen duties in our aged care facility.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare food, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Serve meals and snacks with a high standard of customer service
Re-stock supplies, including after meal periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
Set tables, plate meals, and support the Chef with general kitchen duties
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Contract catering experience (desirable)
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
