Responsibilities
Set up the outdoor catering vertical from scratch for the brand
Vendor Management - Select, negotiate with and on board suitable vendors for all the requirements of catering - crockery, cutlery,food ingredients, staff uniform, etc
Staff Hiring & Management - Engage & employ agencies that provide service staff, hire manpower and train them end-to-end on client facing roles
Inventory & Logistics management - Create SOPs for optimal inventory management, order logging & order flow management. Coordinate end to end logistics of outdoor catering events from start to event wrap up
Events execution - Lead the team end to end on executing the event from logistics, staffing, food delivery to service and guest relations
Client POC - Be the face of the brand in all. client interactions from securing the event catering to crisis management to guest relations
Good to Have -
At least 3 years experience in F&B/Catering Operations - vendor management, staff management, logistics, inventory, etc
Preferably from events or wedding planning or hospitality background
Communication skills & fluent in English and Hindi
CTC - Rs. 7.5- + Lakhs (basis last drawn)
Location - Bangalore
