Role: Core Banking Application - Parameterization Team
Expertise and Experience:
• Should have worked on core banking application in parameterization team.
• Must have in depth Knowledge of core banking functionalities and parameters related to it.
• Should have rich domain knowledge Retail Banking Product with comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of banking modules like CASA, TD, RD, GLs, Loans etc.
• Should have good knowledge in Writing T-SQL Queries.
• Coordinate with multiple teams including Business, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance etc. to get requirement.
• It would be added advantage if the candidate would have knowledge of ASBA, CNB and Suntec systems as well.
Relevant Experience: -
• 10-11 years of experience in IT team of Banks (must have worked on Oracle Flexcube 11.06 or higher versions).
• Must have worked as team lead/Manager for 2-3 years and have managed a team.
• Experience of working on Oracle Flexcube 11.6/11.10 version (HDFC, CITI YES Bank have this platform).
Skills & Competencies: -
• Experience of functional roles with exposure in parameterization.
• Have worked on CBS, ASBA, CNB and Suntec systems.
• Technical knowledge of below tools:
• Operating Systems such as Windows.
• Tools such as toad, PLSQL Developer or SQL developer.
Attitude/Behavior:
• Must have problem solving attitude and grave for RCA.
• Should be willing to hard work and keen to know the process.
• Candidate strictly follow the process and adhere to it.
• Ability to work in an open culture with a positive approach.
• Always be ready to faster response.
• Reliable as a fully contributing, Responsible and accountable for the Team.
