Job Description
The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to improve student academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry to students of Classes 9–12 following CBSE guidelines
Plan lessons and ensure timely completion of the syllabus
Prepare students for board examinations with concept clarity and problem-solving skills
Design question papers, worksheets, and assessments
Conduct practical laboratory sessions and maintain lab safety standards
Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial classes when required
Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback
Maintain academic records and student progress reports
Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school activities
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc / M.Sc)
B.Ed is mandatory (as per CBSE norms)
Prior teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Familiarity with CBSE exam patterns and assessment methods
Experience:
1–5 years of relevant CBSE teaching experience (preferred)
