About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your advanced clinical skills with your passion for teaching and mentoring. You will design, implement, and evaluate educational programs, support ongoing professional development, and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, you will promote best practice standards and contribute to the enhancement of patient outcomes through staff development. About You

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
A motivated, team-oriented professional passionate about staff development and quality care.
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in the Surgical environment.
Proven experience delivering education and you will have an understanding of learning and assessment principles
