Duties
Safely operate commercial vehicles including manual transmission tractor-trailers, to deliver freight efficiently.
drop and hook trailers with multiple stops.
Execute route driving assignments with precision, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations while maintaining safety standards.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement.
Manage delivery documentation accurately and communicate any issues or delays promptly to dispatch.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record; experience 2 years
Proven experience in commercial driving with knowledge of route planning and delivery procedures.
Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently.
Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking operations and cargo securement standards.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and reporting issues clearly.
