About the role:
A 12-Month fixed term contract from the 5/5/26 until the 5/5/27.
The role will be in the Day Shift starting at 6am until 2:06pm from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Linehaul bookings for online, retail pickups
Create and send manifests for online and retail deliveries with strict adherence to the schedule
Ensure Logistics Reports and documents are filed correctly and uploaded daily
Review GNR report and Depot Stocktake from HDS daily and action accordingly
Assist with weekly cycle count document preparation and data entry input of the stock counts provided by the logistics picking team.
Ensure timely dispatch of Sample orders Tue-Fri
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably FMCG environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & attention to detail
Able to handle requests from key stakeholders, work within tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (MS Office suite)
Experience as a Transport Allocator will be a plus.
