Job Description
As the Park and Garden Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Cemetery and Crematoria employees, working collaboratively across the business to achieve objectives in Customer, Culture, and Commercial dimensions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service standards are met or exceeded
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, improving services and experiences
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, expanding market share and revenue
Deliver target financial metrics, including quota and non-quota revenues, capital expenses, and sales performance
Maintain high standards of park presentation and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
Key Requirements
Proven leadership experience in a customer-driven industry
Able to promote a customer service culture and handle customer complaints effectively
Understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental risks
Current unrestricted driver's licence
