Location: Airoli Sector 8, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: On-site (Airoli Office)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Centre Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain centre records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Oversee attendance, fee follow-ups, and administrative paperwork.
Parent Interaction & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents.
Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate parent–teacher meetings, events, and centre communications.
Admissions & Marketing Coordination
Handle admission enquiries, centre tours, and conversions.
Maintain enquiry registers and follow-up records.
Support marketing and outreach activities for centre growth.
Staff Coordination & Management
Supervise, guide, and support teachers, helpers, and support staff.
Ensure daily schedules, curriculum delivery, and activities run smoothly.
Assist in staff planning, training schedules, and performance coordination.
Child-Centric Environment
Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for children.
Ensure hygiene, safety protocols, and child-friendly practices are followed.
Support activity planning and centre events as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Preschool Administrator or Centre Coordinator.
MBA qualification is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent parent-handling abilities.
Competence in record-keeping, documentation, and operational coordination.
Ability to multitask, manage staff, and maintain a high-quality preschool environment.
Warm, approachable, and child-friendly personality.
