• Excellent leadership in crisis and change management situations with demonstrated business judgment which can be used to effectively prioritize and action requests.

Within gTech, gCare takes a customer-centric, creative, and collaborative approach to provide optimization, implementation, and troubleshooting support services to all types of advertisers and publishers and Sales teams. gCare experts help customers attain their business goals while providing the best troubleshooting support through different channels.
The gCare gSO team focuses on the most critical gTech gCare strategic priorities, facilitates cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams across gCare drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Within the gSO team, the central strategy team provides the cohesive strategic direction and execution to ensure each vertical team is driving toward the broader direction set out by executive leadership. This role requires redefining processes and managing execution of large-scale initiatives in partnership with business, S&O/Go-to-Market teams, Finance, and Staffing.
Responsibilities
• Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives. Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with vertical gCare gSO and gTech Central gSO teams on organization level initiatives/projects.
• Partner with team members to gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
• Structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans.
• Partner on business planning and work closely with planning team on approach, timelines etc. with gTech S&O, finance and business.
