We are currently looking for a caring and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our Toddlers Room (2–3 years) and support our busy, curious learners as they explore, communicate, problem-solve and develop confidence in their world.

Your Role as a Toddlers Educator
You will:
Provide warm, responsive, high-quality care for children aged 2–3 years
Support toddlers through daily routines, transitions and emotional development
Create a calm yet engaging environment that fosters confidence and security
Guide children through early social interactions and problem-solving
Build strong, trusting partnerships with families
Observe and document children’s learning and development
Contribute to meaningful, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
Support early language development and self-regulation skills
Work collaboratively within the team to maintain a positive room culture
Embed Learning Blocks policies and NQS standards into daily practice
Who We’re Looking For
You will shine in this role if you have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
Experience working with children aged 2–3 years (preferred)
A nurturing, patient and calm approach
Strong understanding of toddler development and emotional regulation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, reliable and professional attitude
Passion for building genuine partnerships with families
Compliance Requirements
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Child Protection training
Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
