• Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions for clients of varying fitness levels and needs.
• Assess client fitness levels and create customized Pilates routines aligned with physiotherapy and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and chiropractors to design integrated treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional environment during sessions.
• Educate clients on posture, breathing, and overall wellness.
• Track and report client progress and adapt routines as necessary.
• Keep up to date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends.
