White Rock North School, the premier early childhood learning center in the heart of Lake Highlands, Dallas, is celebrating 60 years of excellence in education. We are currently seeking three enthusiastic and imaginative early childhood educators to join our vibrant team, serving students in our preschool (ages 3 and 4) and kindergarten classrooms.
Who We're Looking For: We’re searching for dynamic teachers who think outside the box and believe that learning should be active, joyful, and hands-on. You bring a natural love for children, strong classroom management skills, and a desire to create rich, engaging environments that spark curiosity and creativity.
Ideal Candidates Will:
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based, and project-based curriculum.
• Design meaningful, sensory-rich learning experiences that support social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents in a supportive, family-centered school culture.
• Maintain a nurturing, structured classroom where every child feels safe, respected, and inspired to learn.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Prior classroom experience with preschool and/or kindergarten age groups
• Strong classroom leadership and creativity in curriculum design
• Passion for early learning and a commitment to professional excellence
