Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team at Bures & Associates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in overseeing and leading teams. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
• Conduct complex financial analysis and provide strategic guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services.
• Review and approve financial statements, tax returns, and other deliverables prepared by the team.
• Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop and execute firm strategies, including client acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax, compilation, and advisory services.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Drake, and Practice Solutions a plus
