Senior Manufacturing Finance Leader
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Manufacturing Finance Leader, responsible for leading the Accounts and Finance team in a strategic approach to financial decision-making.
About the Role:
The Senior Manufacturing Finance Leader will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Leading the Accounts and Finance team in financial analysis, planning, and execution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Providing expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience: 15+ years, and at least 3 years in a leading role as CFO
• Qualifications: CA, CPA and MBA preferred
• Preferred experience in industries:
• Significant experience working in companies engaged in manufacturing Solar Panels or Solar equipment
• Experience in light engineering industries with large-volume manufacturing operations
• Exposure to manufacturing of machinery, motors, and gearboxes/mechanical power transmission systems
• Familiarity with production processes for pumps, valves, compressors, and hydraulic or pneumatic tools/equipment
• Background in manufacturing of electrical goods such as batteries, switchgear, and transformers
• Experience in the white goods or auto component manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
