What you’ll be doing
Design and execute outcome-driven change, learning and communication plans using Suncorp’s Enterprise Change Management framework
Partner with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and senior stakeholders to ensure people impacts are understood and managed
Deliver change activities across multiple initiatives, squads or missions (including impact assessments, communications, engagement, learning and reinforcement)
Develop and deliver learning solutions to address capability gaps
Create clear, compelling communications that link delivery activities to strategic and customer outcomes
Build strong relationships across Tribes, Platforms and initiatives to meet delivery targets
Coach and support SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to embed effective change practices
What we’re looking for:
Up to 5 years’ experience in project and change management
Experience working in Agile or continuous delivery environments (preferred)
Exposure to Insurance and/or Information Technology environments (preferred)
Advanced communication, presentation and storytelling skills
Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influence
Hands-on experience designing and delivering change artefacts
Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a solution-focused mindset
Experience creating engaging, visual change and learning collateral (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)Top of Form
