He should be ITI diploma holder (Electrical Or mechanical OR any other technical background)He should have sound knowledge of handling Electrical issues, Acs, UPS E-surveillance (RMS) system.
• Channel Executive will be accountable for sites with complete ownership of Upkeep, Uptime, Transaction, Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Channel Executive will have to visit all the assinged sites atleast once in fortnight / Multiple times as requiredDuring site Audit he need to check.
• Channel Executive need to manage display of notices, information and collaterals at ATM site, as per Bank's Standards.
• Channel Executive should assist in improving the uptime and availability of ATMs/CDs/Cash Recyclers and in analyzing the performance of the ATM/CD/Cash Recycler network and suggest ways to improve uptime and availability. CE shall provide prompt first line maintenance in response to the.
• Cleaning of ATM including ATM screen and no dust should be visible over EPP Keypad, Card Reader Receipt Pinterest and rodent Control whenever required Cleaning of Signage / Lollypop once in fortnight (Every 15 Day)CE will be responsible for health monitoring, repair and maintenance of the UPS and Batteries. Following parameters are tobe checked by during preventive maintenance of UPS:o Input output voltage Input output current.
• Channel Executive need to extend his support in the cost saving initiatives like rent negotiation. Regualrly checking high electrical consumption at site level. and Channel Executive need to promptly attend the cash jam call and record the entire video evidence.
