About the Role:
We're seeking an exceptional Chapter Lead to establish and elevate our Digital Optimisation practice as a strategic driver of business growth. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll shape the future of our digital experiences whilst building and inspiring a high-performing team of optimisation specialists. You'll be the visionary force behind our data-driven transformation, translating our new customer experience vision into tangible commercial outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
As a strategic leader and technical expert, you'll bridge the gap between ambitious business goals and exceptional customer experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking to unlock unprecedented growth opportunities.
Day to day you will be involved in:
Interpret and champion our new customer experience vision, translating strategic objectives into actionable optimisation programmes that deliver measurable business impact
Define and evolve the organisation's digital optimisation framework, methodologies, and best practices
Own the strategic roadmap for driving online growth across web and app channels, identifying high-impact opportunities that balance customer value with commercial objectives
Build, lead, and inspire a diverse team of digital optimisation specialists, fostering an environment of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
What experience you'll bring?
7-10 years of experience in digital analytics, optimisation, or related fields, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive significant online growth and commercial success
Ability to see the big picture whilst maintaining attention to critical details
Visionary thinking about how emerging technologies and customer behaviours will shape the future of digital experiences
