Key accountabilities/ deliverables
• Strong Understanding of Indian accounting and ICAI practices
• Working Level Knowledge of Provisions of the Company's Act.
• Working Level Knowledge of Provisions of Income Tax Act and Goods and Service Tax Act.
• Basic Level Knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Capable of getting work from Junior Team Members to fulfil the requirement of Top Management.
• Timely and Accurate recording of all Accounting Transactions.
• Implement policies, and procedures, set out by Top Management.
• Incorporating the Accounting System of the Holding / Parent Company into our company.
• Comply with MIS or other requirements of the Holding Company / Parent company in a timely and accurate manner.
• Safeguard the company's assets through adequate Insurance coverage.
• Carry out Financial Planning and reconciliation.
• Ensure Timely Compliance under various Tax Laws like Income Tax Act, GST Act etc.
• Timely Compliance under Company's Act.
• Comply with the requirement of Auditors and Consultants on a regular basis to ensure timely and Accurate Legal Compliance.
• Implement Internal Checks and Controls designed by Top Management.
• Implement Budgetary Controls as given by Top Management and compare it with actual performance on a regular basis.
• Will be responsible to work with cross-functional teams, and HODs.
