· Maintenance of books of account in accounting software- Tally

· Review of invoices process and expense claims

· Review of Invoice validation (GL Account, Description, Vendor Name, Vendor Code, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Amount, Currency, Tax Details) and posting in accounting software

· Periodical review of Debit / Credit Notes

· Review of AP batch for payment and upload on Bank Portal

· Review of Ageing Report of Vendors and reconciliation

· Review of SOP compliant process for AP
• Preparation of month close entries such as accruals, provisions, other manual entries/ adjustments
• Preparation of Statutory dues reconciliations – TDS, GST
• Ensure Month end closures as per SLA checklist, Review of trial balance

· Preparation of MIS

· Audit support activities, liasoning with auditors

· Worked on Accounting software Tally ERP and MS Office Applications

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Able to work under pressure to meet dead lines
• Experience in day to day accounting
