Preparing & Analysing Monthly MIS with Management.
Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units. Managing daily fund balances at group levels (Fund Flow Management) Managing all payments to suppliers and receipts from vendors Arranging financial audits and reviews as required Manage all general administrative & govt. compliance filings of the company by coordinating with various consultants. Drafting letters, board resolutions, etc.
amongst others to be used in banking, govt. compliance,filings, etc. Reporting Forex Exposure with Banks to Management. Other General routine work for accounts & finance controllers.
