Responsibilities
• Sourcing of Finance / Funding Arrangement as per organizational Requirements with favorable terms and conditions.
• Identify and assess financial risks associated with credit facilities and transactions.
• Relationship /Liaisoning Management with Banks/ Financial Institutions/External Agencies/Statutory and Regulatory Bodies to enable smooth execution of business operations.
• Statutory Compliance Management - Completion and adherence to Statutory and regulatory bodies' compliances including Banking and Taxation and troubleshooting in case of any discrepancy.
• Execute internal audits of various business functions, including finance, operations, and compliance, and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, credit instruments, and risk management strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
