Role and Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Prepare fund flow statement for the fund utilized last month and funds to be required for next month. Manage the funds position globally
• Prepare the weekly and monthly Inventory Tracker and provide following reports on inventory, - Inventory Consumption, - Inventory Consumption Standard vs Actual, - Per applicant inventory cost report
• Deduct the TDS on salary and process the salary the payment.
• Review and make payment for F&F/PT/ESI/PF
• Review the summary of payments and discuss with management and plan the funds accordingly
• To prepare and submit a weekly & monthly payment outstanding template
• Follow-up with the banks for Inward & outward remittances
• Interact with auditors and close the audit with clean report
• Prepare an audit manual with the Internal auditors and allocate the work within the team ∙ Discuss with various departments and prepare a budget for all the cost heads
• Prepare a variation analysis on the monthly basis and submit to the management
• Review the Capex sheet & compute the depreciation as per Income tax Act
• Continuously monitor and suggest development and system automation
Metrics & Organization Management:
• Performance Metrics:
• Cash Flow as per requirement
• Inventory management
• Meet the TAT as per the timelines defined for each report
• 100% complaint to audits
