RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must having the Budgetary preparation & Finance Exposure.
• Work Experience in Software Industry.
• Commanding Over FERA, FEMA and other statutory regulation in related to investments and foreign Inward Remittances.
• Knowledge Over the FDI's and Forex
• Compliance with USA accounting
• Oversee the duties of all the tasks related to accounting.
• Implement accounting systems and processes.
• Reconcile income statements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Control the master data of the general register.
• Review and release online banking payments.
• Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
• Manage the full financial process.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Honor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge in CWA
• 0-1 year of experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective project management skills
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Process improvement and change management consulting
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office packages
• Ability to manage SOX internal clients to meet reporting deadlines.
• Act as an independent (governance) role with the ability to balance reporting requirements and business interests.
• Ability to liaise with management on daily activities and monthly reporting (i.e., test result summaries, dashboards)
• Filing of corporate tax returns.
• Knowledge in providing financial advice.
