• Partnership Contribution add to LLP Account
• Assists Partner(s) in the completion of various audits, direct/indirect taxation, corporate law, audits, and related assignments.
• Manage financial systems & budgets, undertake financial audits, an independent check of an organization's financial position, liaise with clients individuals, or businesses, provide financial information & advice, detect and prevent fraud, and advise on tax.
• Taxation: Well-versed with statutory filings including TDS, Service Tax, (GST Knowledge is added advantage), PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be able to handle all the assignments independently.
Should be well versed with GST, Accounting, Payroll, Income Tax, TDS, Audit, etc.
