Job-Description:
• To Ensure correct and timely financial reporting and MIS to senior management on monthly basis.
• Control and review general ledger accounting, cash flows, Fixed assets and Financials
• Bank reconciliations, Credit card reconciliations and preparing different BS and Pnl Schedules on monthly basis.
• Handling statutory and Internal auditors.
• Forecasting Budgets and preparing Budgets vs Actual on monthly , Quarterly and yearly.
• Creating dashboards for various functions, business units, regions.
• Identification of cost reduction area and work there on.
• Daily margin reports and reports to senior managements.
• Renewing Bank guarantee given to suppliers on periodically.
• Coordinate with legal team for all legal cases.
• Assisting in incorporation new company and new bank accounts and their due diligence.
• Coordination with different department for closing of books and preparing weekly dashboards
