Responsibilities:
• Identify diligence issues which may affect purchase price, deal structure or deal termination
• Perform financial analysis, modelling, and valuation, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Writing and/or reviewing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing) reports for our clients including family offices, private equity, corporates and banks
• Understanding the processes in due diligence work including dealing with risk management processes and procedures
• Manage M&A process with project specific lead for managing Valuation, Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
• Deep understanding of Valuation Methodologies including DCF, CCM, Scorecard Valuation methods etc.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of M&A processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
