We are looking for Chartered Accountant
Experience: 5+ years
No. of positions: 3
Location: Indore
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and interpretation of financial information of business.
• Preparing the analytical reports from raw data.
• Implementing accounting systems and processes.
• Conducting financial due diligence for various startup investments.
• Build revenue and pricing models ▪ Analyze historical data to prepare financial forecast models.
• Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting any business/ firm.
• Preparation of MIS or revenue reports.
Skills / Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of book-keeping, accounting entries & financial statements.
• Expertise in Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Projections, Budgeting and MIS Preparation.
• Ability to handle a variety of analytical and financial tasks.
• Understanding of various tax and compliance guidelines.
Criteria Experience:
• 5+ Yrs. (CA Firms/ Investment Banking/ Corporate Strategy).
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
• Exceptional research, Financial analytical, and spreadsheet-skills.
• Passion to deliver outcomes in a fluid startup environment.
Good to have:
• Cap-table Knowledge.
• Drafting and Understanding Contracts.
