Job Title: Income Tax Personnel
Mandate: FEMA
Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Roles & responsibilities:
• Knowledge of FEMA regulations.
• Hands on experience on preparing Transfer Pricing Reports.
• Preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Representation of clients in Income Tax Proceedings.
• Providing advice on tax planning and compliance.
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations and their impact on clients.
• Analyze client financial information to identify potential tax savings or liabilities.
• Work with other members of the tax team to provide comprehensive tax services to clients.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in income tax preparation and representation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of FEMA regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with international tax issues.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
