Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.
Exp: 2+ Year’s
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the accounting & Finance Supervision of the accounting & Finance team functions.
• Preparation and finalization and finalization of financial statements.
• Coordinate with Auditors to ensure timely submission and review of audit reports (Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits) Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Variance analysis of financial data
• Project tracking from finance perspective
• Ensure compliance with respect to statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, TCS and Form16 etc. Oversee TDS, GST returns filing and ensure adherence to all related compliance requirements
• Responsible for timely for timely statutory payments/ Reconciliation and answering audit queries if any.
• AR ageing, Debtors reconciliation including TDS, collections follow up.
• Responsible for Monthly MIS reports
• Responsible for ensuring company law matters compliances
Mandatory QRs
• Must have Chartered Accountant completion certificate with minimum 2 -7 years of industry experience post qualification (CA)
Desirable QRs
• Experience in any Construction industry
• Knowledge on IND AS.
Soft Skill:
• Proficiency in MS Office excel skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills
