Job Description: Chartered Accountant
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conducting financial audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
2. Preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and tax returns for individuals, corporations, and organizations.
3. Offering strategic financial planning and analysis to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
4. Providing expert tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to optimize client tax positions and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Advising clients on complex financial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities, ensuring financial viability and regulatory compliance.
6. Staying updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and communicating implications to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated financial solutions and exceptional client service.
8. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and personalized service.
+. Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to foster their professional development and ensure service quality standards are met.
Skills Required:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a recognized professional body.
2. 2 years of relevant experience in public accounting, financial consulting, or a related field.
3. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
8. Commitment to upholding professional standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
