Job description
We are looking for Qualified CA for the role of Compliance Manager.
Job Description:
1. To ensure timely payment of applicable statutory dues & filing of periodical returns (e.g. GST, etc) within due date.
2. Checking Monthly GST working. (GST R1 & GST R3B) and monthly GST Reconciliation with GST Portal balance.
3. Checking Monthly TDS working/ TDS Returns
4. Checking in income tax site 15 CA certificate for Foreign Payment
5. Preparation of Data required for Tax Audit.
6. Verify of data for Transfer Pricing Audit.
7. Scrutiny quarterly /half yearly /Annual Accounts of Foreign Subsidiary (America, Europe, Malaysia, China).
8. Discussion on New Provision of TDS, GST and income tax with consultant/CFO and training accordingly to team for implementation.
+. Preparation and Submission of DIC Claim & DIC Application work.
10. NSS Return, renewal of Export House License, any other matter pertaining to dept. audits.
11. Filing Income Tax Returns /GST audit & Assessment work and reply to Income tax and GST notice.
12. Ledger Scrutiny and Approval of JV related to Statutory Compliance and Statutory compliance ledger reconciliation.
13. MEIS reconciliation
14. Preparation of data for Annual Report, DPT-3 & other data for ROC filing
15. To ensure completion of any other assignments related to Accounts /Finance/MIS /Taxation as instructed by HOD/CFO.
16. To ensure time to time readiness for Internal/statutory & any other audit. Review of Various Index Statements of Statutory Auditors under instruction of CFO.
17. To Prepare Group Companies financial of Pious engg, VSCL & others) including Monthly MIS & ready for checking to CFO.
18. Review of the financials including foreign subsidiary companies for consolidation.
1+. To ensure that updating of masters, system changes, new system, new report & modification in existing report is as per statutory requirement. Analysis the new development result and error are sent to IT team for correction.
Requirement:
1) CA Qualified is must
2) 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts & Compliance dept or similar role.
3) Good communication skills.
