About the role:
As the Manager for Commercial Finance at Mumbai office, you will be team member of the finance and accounts team.
Scope and responsibilities:
1. Receivables Management - Overdue tracking by business + ensuring monthly reconciliations. Bringing automation to receivables management
2. Commercial Finance Business Partner for measurement n influencing profitability by business.
3. Manage commercial finance operations - Order Management including credit worthiness checks for all key customers and collections accounting n tracking.
4. People leadership - Manage n lead big commercial team of nearly 20 resources.
5. Process Controls and Audits : responsible for process controls in commercial Order to Cash process. Also responsible for internal and external audits for commercial function
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
• Education qualification - CA
• 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial finnace team.
• Proficient in excel and Tally/SAP
Nice to have skills and experience:
• Experience working with the pharma industry would be a big plus.
• Having experience of handling Big4 Auditors would be an added advantage.
