Accounting & Business support service
People Management
Managing clients requirements
Working with teams in other verticals
Interaction with partners In Bangalore
Liaising with Government authorities
Working with CFOs/ Controllers of MNCs
Technical Capabilities
He/ she needs to be a CA with 2+ years of post qualification experience in Accounting & Business Support service
If worked with the Big 4 for some time would surely be an added advantage
Should have been deeply involved in Client servicing and front ending
Should have good knowledge of Tax, Accounting and Other compliances like GST, Company Law and FEMA
Should have a good understanding of the Labour Laws
A general understanding of state taxes and compliances
Understanding of the Banking functions
Understanding of the Business World
A local resident from Bangalore is preferable. If not – knowledge of the local language is important.
