Responsibilities
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Conduct audits, both internal and external
• Prepare and analyze budgets
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Manage financial risk and provide advice on financial matters, such as investments, financing, and tax planning
• Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans.
• Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
• Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities
• Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
Requirements & Skills
• Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience working with financial reporting software and other financial tools
• You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
• You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
• You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
Salary range :- 15-25 Lacs
