Position : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Location : Dahej, Gujarat
About the company:
One of the leading names in the Chemical Storage Terminal Leading name in Commercial Port & terminal Industries, having store capacity for petrochemical & similar product with premium client from oil & gas.
Job Requirement:
CA Final with Min. 8 Years of experience from Manufacturing Industries
Job Role:
• Cost Controller:
• Preparation of Monthly MIS, Analysis of Variances versus budgets and forecasts.
• Cost proposal for the projects and monitoring till completion of the Projects
• Monitor and Analysis of Monthly Budget Vs Actual Income & Expenses.
• Analyses of department wise Plan Vs Actual Overhead statement and Discussion with the respective head of Department.
• Accounts Controller:
• Purchase order validation and analysis of open purchase order.
• Control matrix on purchase order release, GRN and Invoice Booking
• Ensuring accurate & timely preparation of invoice by vendor based on the payment term.
• Allocation of fund.
• Statutory and Tax Audit:
• Ensure all accounting &Tax compliance is in place
• Preparation of Balance sheet and profit and loss account.
• Ensure tax Compliance – Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• MIS and Budgeting:
• Analysis & Presentation of Monthly MIS
• Analysis of variances versus budgets and forecasts.
• Analyses of department wise Plan Vs Actual Overhead statement.
• Preparation of Projected Profitability statement and Reconciliation of Projected Profitability of the Actual activity and actual Profit.
• Skills:
• Negotiation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker, self-motivate, and confident individual
