About Us



We are a 3-partner, 10-year-old CA firm with Bank audits, Startups, and MNC clients. We are driven to help businesses streamline compliances and accounts with the aid of technology and discipline.



*About the Role:*



As a Compliance Head, you will play a key role in:



* Building and managing client relationships, focusing on GST and Taxation services.



* Leading and mentoring a team of CAs and staff.



* Providing expert advice and guidance on complex tax matters.



* Contributing to the development and implementation of new service offerings.



* Expanding the firm’s client base and business reach.



*Ideal Candidate:*



* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



* Strong academic background with Articleship experience from a reputed CA firm.



* In-depth experience in GST and Taxation, with a proven track record of success.



* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.



* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



* Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Pay: As per industry standards



Schedule:



Day shift

Supplemental pay types:



Commission pay

Performance bonus

Yearly bonus



Post CA qualification: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person



Last working in CA Firm will be selected only
