About the Role:
As a Compliance Head, you will play a key role in:
Building and managing client relationships, focusing on GST and Taxation services.
Leading and mentoring a team of CAs and staff.
Providing expert advice and guidance on complex tax matters.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new service offerings.
Expanding the firm’s client base and business reach.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Strong academic background with Articleship experience from a reputed CA firm.
In-depth experience in GST and Taxation, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: As per industry standards
Schedule:
Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay
Performance bonus
Yearly bonus
Post CA qualification: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
