Qualification
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience
0 - 2 years experience post CA qualifications.
Skills Required
1. Finalization of books of account and statutory records of group companies
a) Preparing monthly MIS reports
b) Analysis of monthly data for MIS data and putting into meaningful tables
c) Trend Analysis of COGS/Contribution/Margin for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS
d) Comparison of monthly/quarterly MIS data with different bench marks and giving comments/remarks
e) Doing ledger scrutiny for monthly/quarterly/annual accounts and MIS and correction entries
f) Co-ordination with Plant and other locations for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
g) Related party transaction
h) Any other work/assignment/job given by CFO or Dept. Head from time to time which are not listed above
i) Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
2. MIS, Financial Statements. & Audit:
a. Expense management - review and escalation of exceptions.
b. Accounting and process controls around
c. Analysis of Cost Vs Benefit on Major expenses Spends
d. Active participation on budgeting exercise.
e. Process improvisation.
f. Co-ordinations with internal and Statutory Auditor.
g. Statutory (quarterly and Annual) completion as per timelines advised by management
h. Presenting MIS Reports
3. Regulatory and Statutory compliance:
a. Working knowledge of Ind AS, compliance and disclosure requirement.
