:Tax Compliance Management:? Complyingwith various statutory Compliances under various laws like GST , IncomeTax , FEMA,Customs , Employment Tax like PF , ESI, Gratuity etc? Timely Payment of all Statutory Compliances applicable to company? Timely Submission of All Statutory Returns applicable to company? Understanding Various Tax Compliance of Head office and its Branches.? Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits (Statutory Audits).? Timely Response and conclusions for the Notice and Letters received from Tax Authorities? Ensuring TDS is fully recovered deposited by company on Behalf on NBFCBanking & Financial Management? To coordinate with Banks for various correspondences as required /Instructed .? To coordinate withBanks andNBFC'Sfor various documentation requirements&compliances including Online Transfer , Cash Withdrawal, Cash Deposit.? Ensuring timely compliance related to timely payments of EMI's and otherfinanceCost for various NBFC and Banks .? Ensuring all documentary compliances with bank are duly completedAccounting and Book Keeping:? Bookkeeping - ensuring the proper Filing of Documents for the Invoices & payments/Legal &Statutory Documents / Banking Documents / other Documents as per prevailing Document filingsystem established? Data Entry in accounting software? To conduct all required accounting transactions ensuring strict adherence tocompany's accounting policies and procedures? Checking Validity of Documents before making Data entry .? Generating Source Document Before Doing Data Entry.? Regular Back ups of Data Entry.? Preparation of Monthly MIS .? Ensuring Preparation of Quarterly and Annual financial statements for Company .Desired Candidate profile
