About the Role

Position: CA for Family Office

Location - Gurgaon
A Qualified Chartered Accountant preferably with relevant work experience of 3-5 years post qualification
Smart, energetic candidate with good communication (verbal and written) skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills
Managing the rental portfolio of family office, managing rental related documentation, invoicing, collection
Manage investments in India and offshore, including planning, analysing tax . other regulatory implications, closing legal documentation
Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS, cash flows, internal notes, memos, presentations etc
Assistance in restructuring matters, tax & regulatory compliances for Family Office
Providing support on research on various tax & regulatory matters in India and overseas
Good knowledge of IND AS (Accounting Standards), taxation, FEMA and regulatory framework for individuals and companies
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
