Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute the company's vision by providing financial planning, assessing the company's overall financial picture, and understanding their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan.
• Identify and drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization programs.
• Generate meaningful and actionable insights on the MIS and prepare management for Board meetings and investor discussions.
• Generate the monthly MIS and variance analysis.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with Lenders.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage day-to-day lenders/Investor's requirements.
• Streamline processes and establish management systems to run key initiatives in an agile fashion.
• Provide financial leadership and analytical support to business partners and other members of the finance team.
What we’re looking for:
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the Company and general market patterns.
• Command on Excel is expected from the candidate
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
